Dear respected Researchers,
We would like to announce that Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) 2013 application is now open and using new online system (MyGRANTs). Url : http://mygrants.mohe.gov.my
All UTM researchers must register and create a new FRGS application through MyGRANTs.
Evaluation will be also done through MyGRANTs.
Only the online application will be accepted by MOHE.
Please take note of the following deadlines:
Step 1: Registration as researcher through the MyGRANTs : 1 Jan – 7 Jan 2013
(Note : Researchers must fill up the researcher profile ( publication, research grant, etc. ), before create new FRGS application)
Step 2: Fill up the new application through MyGRANTs : 1 Jan -15 Jan 2013 (any applications submitted after 15 Jan 2013 will be not accepted by the system )
Step 3: Two evaluators will be identify for each application submitted through MyGRANTs : 23 Jan -24 Jan 2013
Step 4: Evaluation by two panel through MyGRANTs : 24 Jan – 31 Jan 2013
Step 5: Correction of proposal by Researchers : 24 Jan – 4 Feb 2013
Step 6: Re Submission of corrected proposal by Researchers to Evaluator : not later than 6 Feb 2013
Step 6: Submission of final proposal by Evaluator to RMC : 6 Feb 2013
Step 7: Technical Meeting for Verification of FRGS application at RMC & RA Level : 7 Feb 2013
Step 8: Audit Documentation at RMC Level : 8 Feb 2013
Step 9: Audit Documentation by MoHE Evaluators : 14- 15 Feb 2013
Step 10: Submission of ”Highly Recommended “Application to MoHE by RMC: 18-19 Feb 2013
